Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the daily operations of our estate sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong understanding of the estate sale process.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and direction to ensure that each sale meets our high standards. You will also be involved in hiring and training new team members, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the development of new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead the day-to-day operations of the estate sales team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Maintain open communication channels with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in estate sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel to different locations.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and development.
