The **Office Assistant **is responsible assisting the Office Manager with various administrative tasks and projects. This position is located in Guelph.

- Assisting with various office duties such as filing & sorting
- Helping with preparation of monthly accounts payables
- Weekly office cleaning
- Answering phones when needed

**What do you need to succeed?**
- previous office experience would be an asset
- ability to multi-task
- trusted to work efficiently with mínimal supervision
