**The Opportunity**:
The role comes with a total compensation package comprised of an annual salary from **$60,000 to $68,000**, quarterly bonus potential, health, dental & insurance benefits, a wellness spending account, and a Company RRSP matching program.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant and Office Administrator to support the executive team at RSR Family Holdings Ltd. In this role, you will primarily work from our Vancouver office but will also provide assistance to the administrative team, including the Office Administrator and FDA (Funeral Director Assistant), covering other locations when they are off or require additional support. The ability to travel to different locations as needed is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist the Office Administrator and FDA with administrative tasks as needed.
- Cover locations during the absence of the Office Administrator and FDA, ensuring smooth operations.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for executives.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
- Perform general office duties, including answering phones, managing mail, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support special projects and initiatives as required.

**Key Qualifications and Demonstrated Abilities**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a team.
- Flexibility and ability to travel to different locations as needed.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; other languages are an asset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Compensation (including bonuses and benefits) is competitive and will be tailored to match the qualification and skill of the individual applicant.

Pay: $60,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
