Sales Enablement Onboarding

The** Sales Enablement Onboarding & Program Manager **is a key contributor to Tipalti’s global sales organization. In this role you will be a key member of the sales enablement team, owning and managing sales onboarding and special events, such as sales kickoff and similar special training programs and initiatives.
You enjoy working with sales leaders and cross functional teams. You are skilled in creating, organizing, and delivering training through a variety of mediums, including online and in-person delivery. You have a customer-centric approach and appreciation for working collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and deliver monthly onboarding classes for all new Sales team members
- Collaborate with the Sales Enablement team to create new training content to meet the diverse needs of each role in our Sales Team
- Evolve and refine the new hire onboarding experience
- Manage and keep sales enablement materials up to date
- Own additional specialized trainings such as annual workshops or boot camps
- Lead the planning of the annual sales kickoff event
- Consult with the enablement team to design, implement, and manage role-readiness programs to ensure new team members have the foundation for success at their job.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify the knowledge and skills gaps and create training programs to address those gaps globally
- Define and track metrics to measure and report on the effectiveness of the programs conducted and periodically evaluate and improve programs based on feedback
- Other duties as assigned
**Preferred**:
- Experienced in building sales event agendas and content
- Project Management experience
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of sales training/enablement experience
- Ability to translate concepts, summarize and communicate complex ideas, and clearly articulate business value with a good sense of how alliance professionals think, operate, and absorb training.
- Strong ability to measure and coach internal teams and partners
- Experience with learning methodologies and ability to identify the content, target audience and delivery timing. time.
- Strong verbal and written communication and relationship building skills.
- Strong judgment, discretion and problem solving skills
- Ability to understand strategic direction and goals of the sales org and support processes.
