**Role Summary**

In this role, you will manage multiple tasks and often conflicting priorities, making strong organizational skills and a methodical approach essential. You may need to revisit certain aspects of your role to verify documentation, follow up with individuals, or gather additional information as needed. Reporting to the National Talent Acquisition Manager and working closely with the national recruitment team, you will also assist on various recruitment projects. This is a Full-Time role, with a Monday - Friday schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Recruitment Support**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and job advertisements.
- Issue offers of employment, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

**Onboarding Coordination**:

- Liaise with new hires to ensure they are fully compliant with legal and internal requirements before starting.
- Manage all employment checks, references, and background verification processes.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Ensure new starters are fully prepared for their first day in the field or at the office.
- Take the lead on new hire recruiting and onboarding surveys, sharing results with appropriate stakeholders, and contributing to process improvements.

**Security Guard Licensing**:

- Ensure all documents are submitted to the correct agencies within set timeframes.

**Administrative and Compliance Tasks**:

- Organize and manage administrative onboarding tasks, including document submission and compliance with company policies.
- Track and ensure completion of mandatory training for new hires.
- Update databases with accurate onboarding and employee data, generating reports as needed.

**Employee Engagement**:

- Maintain regular communication with new hires to ensure they remain engaged and informed throughout the onboarding process.
- Gather feedback on the onboarding experience and suggest improvements for future hires.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collobrate with members of the recruitment team to streamline recruiting and onboarding processes and ensure synergy across all processes.
- Support the recruiting team with compiling and reporting on recruitment metrics.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-year experience in full-cycle recruitment, HR, or onboarding coordination.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the security industry is an asset.
