Interested in joining a growing marketing team that leads several digital transformation initiatives at one of Canada's largest privately held asset managers? The Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group (CC&L Financial Group) Marketing team is looking for a detail-oriented problem solver with a ‘can do’ attitude to join our Sales & Client Enablement team. Our Sales and Client Enablement team works with our sales and client service teams to deliver timely information for external stakeholders. The team collaborates extensively across various operational groups to create material that supports our clients and brand. You will be working
in a fast-paced production environment. Ideally you are comfortable working with investment data as well as discussing, understanding and visually interpreting investment concepts.
Our offices currently operate on a hybrid model with a combination of in-office (3 days) and remote working days throughout the week.
**What You Will Do**
- Collaborate with Institutional Sales, Data team, Client Reporting, Compliance and various investment teams to oversee the high-quality production of quarterly/monthly Sales and Client presentations for prospecting and client service activities.
- Work effectively with other operational teams to ensure timelines and processes are properly communicated and adhered to
- Provide design support for sales presentations and RFPs while adhering to brand standards
- Maintain and implement LiveDocs and other Enhancements available within the Seismic platform
- Building dashboards within Seismic to provide insights for stakeholders
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve, optimize, or automate processes to continually streamline the administration of sales presentations
- Provide back-up support to other Marketing Services team members when needed
- Support executive team to produce semi-annual updates and other ad-hoc presentations
**What You Bring**
- **Microsoft wizard**:Advanced Microsoft Office skills with extensive experience using PowerPoint and Excel.
- **Want to do it better** With our tech stack increasing, there are opportunities to leverage these tools to do our work faster and more effectively. We want someone who’s curious and motivated by these opportunities.
- **Seismic Sales Enablement Platform**: We’ve just begun implementing this platform to automate our maintenance of sales collateral. You have experience with this platform or are excited to become an expert on this industry leading tool.
- Other tools you’ll use: Smartsheet, CORIC, JIRA, SharePoint, MS Teams

- **Express yourself**: Strong communication skills. You’ll be working in person and remotely with data providers, sales managers, compliance officers and the executive team.

- **Investment Knowledge**: You are eager to learn about the investment industry or are already comfortable with investment jargon.
