Gyro Group of Companies is looking for a skilled **Finance and Insurance (F&I) Administrative Assistant** with a strong background in customer service and administrative work. A F&I Administrative Assistant plays a critical role in the business office. This position supports the F&I manager and team by handling administrative and clerical tasks related to finance and insurance processes.

The ideal applicant should possess a minimum of 2 years in customer service and 1 year in administration or executive assistant roles.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Documentation Management: Prepare, review, and process paperwork. Ensure all documents comply with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Data Entry and Reporting: input data into financial systems and databases accurately, this includes funding paperwork after delivery of vehicles
- Customer Service: assist customers with inquiries regarding finance and insurance products when needed. Provide excellent customer service and clear communication, the assistant will help enhance customer experience and satisfaction, which is crucial for business retention and growth.
- Coordination with Other Departments: work closely with sales, accounting, and service departments to facilitate smooth operations,
- Compliance and Risk Management: ensure that all documentation and processes comply with legal standards to help mitigate risks and avoid potential legal issues.
- Efficiency and Productivity: The F&I Admin Assistant ensures that all administrative tasks are handled efficiently, allowing the F&I manager to focus on strategic and higher-level responsibilities.

Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
