**What Will Be Your Mission?**
- Enter data into client files according to collection agents' requests.
- Perform loss assessments.
- Verify invoices and ensure accounting payments.
- Handle collection files and follow up on automotive cases.
- Send discharge letters.
- Conduct administrative research.
- Format Excel spreadsheets.
- Send letters.
- Schedule and follow up on appointments (towing, repairs, etc.).
- Conduct investigation requests.
- Perform other variable administrative tasks.

- You are** bilingual in French and English**.
- Have minimum experience in collection
- You are interested in actively participating in the company's activities.
- You are meticulous, rigorous, organized, and discerning.
- You have experience in customer service.
- You are comfortable with computer software and Excel.
- You are a collaborative team player who enjoys teamwork.
