**Job Summary**

As a Service Coordinator at Dalmar Motors, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, monitoring incoming online bookings, coordinating with parts for recalls, assisting with customer intake and managing of customer repair orders when a service advisor is off sick or on vacation.

**Responsibilities**:
Service Coordinator
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to confirm appointments.
- Monitor incoming online service bookings, verifying information & services selected are correct
- Updating appointments with correct information
- Printing daily appointments and vehicle data sheets for service advisors
- Monitor incoming messages in Kimboy
- Manage service records, completing service filing after work orders have been closed
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized service area.
- Collaborate with the parts department to ensure availability of necessary parts for recall repairs.
- Provide support to the service manager and other team members as needed.
- Uphold high standards of customer service and satisfaction.

Service Advisor
- Assist in checking vehicles in for appointments when a service advisor is away
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended services and estimated costs to customers.
- Communicate with customers throughout the repair process, providing updates on progress and any additional work required.
- Obtain necessary approvals from customers for recommended repairs or services.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing job responsibilities.

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
