Our store recently became the newest member of the Finch Auto Group and we need your help as we continue to grow The Finch Auto Group has been serving London since 1989, representing some of the best brands in the market. We are looking for a highly motivated team player as the primary contact for our service customers. As a Coordinator, you will create the impression of our Nissan brand. Because of this, they play a very important role in promoting and ensuring a high level of customer experience at the onset of their first contact with our service department.**

Strong attention to detail

Excellent customer service and telephone skills

Vehicle maintenance & repair knowledge is considered an asset

Ability to retain detailed product & vehicle information

Vehicle Recalls

Vehicle Service Promotions

Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicle

Answer vehicle maintenance and automotive questions and needs

Back-up Service Cashier

Use of computer and phone system

Data tracking (Microsoft Excel)

Monday to Friday - between the hours of 7:30 am - 5:00 pm

$16 - $18 depending on experience
