**Job Summary**
As the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts across various channels, focusing on enhancing the guest experience, and promoting many exceptional restaurant offerings. The position will have a strong emphasis on producing quality work within the hospitality industry that showcases these exceptional offerings amongst differing restaurants and partners. You’ll collaborate with different departments/agencies to ensure our current marketing strategies align with our goals while acting as an ambassador per each unique restaurant offering to help illustrate this. This role promotes the successful delivery through our marketing approach to allow an exceptional guest/client experience for all while getting to work with some of the top restaurants in the city
**Responsibilities & Duties**:
- Manage, update, and track business platforms with a focus in restaurants specifically
- Manage associated restaurant brand(s) and social community website
- Manage and work with a team to reach relative objectives
- Seek out new possible restaurant affiliations to help build our current portfolio
- Build rapport with current restaurant affiliates
- Collaborate with agencies to promote and cater our offerings to each unique consumer
- Ability to work with vendors, agencies, and various restaurants
- Develop digital content and stay updated on social media platforms
- Creating social media schedules for upcoming initiatives and events
- Successful event management and budget planning for restaurants
- Generate marketing budgets
- Capturing, writing, and scheduling initiatives across all brands in alignment with brand social media strategy
- Creating promotional assets for upcoming activations, initiatives or events to be shared with staff, customers, or external parties
- Oversee corporate and community engagement across social media platforms, including responding to inquires to build connections
- Participate in relevant market research to build the client base amongst different groups of restaurants
- Conduct competitive analyses within the hospitality sector
- Ensuring the accuracy of OpenTable profiles and updating them when appropriate
- Participate in relevant Marketing shoots for advertising and promotion
- Working with the Marketing Director to develop new content ideas and formats
- Monitor restaurant reviews across all platforms and respond accordingly
- Establishing relationships with content creators, influencers, and the restaurant management team(s)
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Proven management expertise and/or experience in leading a team
- Provide customer service
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing within the hospitality industry or a related sector.
- Relevant management experience and the ability to lead a team (required)
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Hospitality industry experience (preferred)
- Creative mindset with a passion for hospitality and guest experience.
- Proficient in software platforms like Microsoft, marketing software, and other relevant software platforms.
- Other tasks as needed.
