As the HR Manager at GrowMe, you will be responsible for overseeing all human resources activities, ensuring that we attract, retain, and develop the best talent to fuel the growth of our agency. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to implement HR strategies that align with our business goals and culture, ensuring a high level of employee satisfaction, development, and performance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the recruitment process from job postings to interviews and onboarding.
- Develop and implement employee policies and procedures in line with the company's culture and legal requirements.
- Coordinate performance reviews, training programs, and professional development initiatives.
- Foster a positive workplace culture and provide coaching to management on team-building and leadership.
- Handle employee relations, addressing issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Track and maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR regulations.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process.
- Develop and manage employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and team-building events.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR management, ideally in a marketing agency or fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proven ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex people challenges.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
