Accounts Payable Clerk

**Duties**:

- Process accounts payable invoices and ensure timely and accurate payments
- Review and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports
- Match invoices with supporting documentation and obtain proper approvals
- Code and enter invoices into the accounting system
- Prepare and process weekly check runs
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve payment issues
- Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or similar role
- Proficient in using accounting software for data entry and analysis
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
- Familiarity with account reconciliation principles
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices and payments
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, such as Workday, is a plus

**Salary**: $35,640.23-$63,833.76 per year
