Pelican International is looking for an Ecommerce Coordinator - AMAZON. You will be under the supervision of the Ecommerce Operations Revenue Team Leader and will be responsible for implementing and executing product strategies that align with business objectives and financial goals across all our Marketplaces. This role will also support the team in various tasks, including daily order operations on various web platforms, business analysis, product assortments, meetings with suppliers, and strategy execution.

**A TYPICAL DAY AS AN ECOMMERCE COORDINATOR - AMAZON INCLUDES**:

- Taking responsibility for a specified part of the assortments and product groups.
- Supporting the ecommerce team in implementing best product merchandising practices.
- Conducting research on customers and competitors to gain a thorough understanding and better merchandise the category.
- Analyzing visitor navigation, purchasing behavior, and customer journeys across multiple channels, devices, and touchpoints to ensure that our visual communication prioritizes the customer.
- Expanding your knowledge of the categories and how customers shop them through in-depth online research.
- Supporting data analysis to drive business through regular reporting and research identifying areas of opportunity in line with product and category strategies.
- Continuously seeking opportunities to improve existing website content, features, and processes.
- Ensuring that online store search and navigation are properly configured to facilitate product finding by customers.
- Ensuring that product images and descriptions are optimized to communicate all necessary information to customers and optimizing product and category pages for SEO.
- Managing internal cost changes and setting online retail prices across different platforms.
- Managing the processing and fulfillment of all orders through various portals.
- Updating inventories daily across all platforms.
- Being the point of contact between the customer, sales, and internal departments for all operational requests.
- Verifying the accuracy of purchased quantities, item availability, and expected shipping dates.
- Checking daily sales and inventory levels across all platforms.
- Collaborating with the Ecommerce team to support online sales growth.
- Responding to customer order statuses.
- Coordinating with shipping and logistics for possible transport rates and shipping dates.

**WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU**:

- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales support/customer service or a similar role, with Amazon. You are quick to learn, excellent in communication both in English and French, and meticulous in follow-up management.
- You stand out for your organization, autonomy, and ease of working in a team. Finally, you enjoy taking initiatives, have an analytical approach, and the ability to establish connections based on the data provided.
