**Customer experience (CX) Coordinator**

Pelican international is looking for its next Customer experience (CX) Coordinator, reporting to the Customer Experience Manager, responsible for collaborating with sales, marketing and customer service teams to ensure a consistent customer experience at all touch points.
**YOUR DAY IN THIS POSITION**:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's products or services to accurately respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer technical assistance when necessary.
- Answer general and technical questions from customers about our products;
- Respond to online consumer reviews and use existing reports to communicate relevant information on consumer opinions on products and their purchasing experiences;
- Validate and enter warranty orders and prepare and send return documents;
- Confirm or modify orders on customer portals (Shopify);
- Participate in improving the platform used by the department (Salesforce);
- Document process changes related to the platforms used during updates. (Ex: Bazarvoice, Salesforce, Shopify).
All other related tasks.
**WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU**:
- Experience with ecommerce platforms an asset: Shopify, Salsify, Bazarvoice, Amazon Vendor Central
- DEC in a relevant discipline;
- 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar position;
- Experience in customer service;
- Proficiency with MS Office suite;
- Proficiency with computer tools and knowledge of the Office suite;
- Excellent learning and communication skills;
- Demonstrate excellent customer service (customer-oriented approach);
- Bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken;
- Be self-motivated, autonomous, highly organized, show initiative and be a team player.
