We are looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our growing team at str8firefarms in Brampton, Ontario, CA. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to our customers on a daily basis. You will also develop strategies to proactively facilitate customer inquiries, and feedback, and address any customer issues that may arise. With str8firefarms, you will have the opportunity to build and foster positive relationships with our customers and create a memorable experience for everyone. **Compensation**:
$20 - $40 hourly

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor service levels, provide feedback to staff, and identify areas of improvement.
- Establish and maintain customer service policies and standards that meet customer requirements and organizational objectives.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner, utilizing problem-solving and follow-up techniques to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain customer service reports, metrics, tracking, and analysis.
- Provide staff with training, support, and guidance to ensure the highest level of customer service.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Two to four years of relevant work experience in customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in using MLS (Multiple Listing Service)
- Canada Work Authorization
- Ability to work weekends and evenings when necessary
- Proven ability to efficiently manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Experience in conflict resolution
- Ability to empathize with customers
