Our Client Connection team members are foundational to how Faris Team functions as the #1 Real Estate Team in Canada. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing and expanding team with a vision to transform the Real Estate industry and to provide the Best Real Estate Experience. We have a proven system and support from over 100 team members who are experts in their roles that will help position you to succeed.

This is a full-time position, primarily Monday through Friday with occasional weekend availability for events.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all incoming telephone calls are answered in a timely, professional, courteous and helpful manner consistently.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service by greeting all visitors to the Client Experience Centre in a helpful, friendly, and professional manner
- Ensure all deposit cheques are received, documented, and processed correctly, providing proper receipts and confirming prompt delivery.
- Take a crucial role in planning, organizing and executing events for Faris Team clients and team members

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 3 years working in an administrative role (real estate experience is an asset)
- Exceptionally organized with high attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High emotional-intelligence and an ability to work with a variety of people
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using a variety of Mac-based products and various software
- Experience coordinating and planning events is an asset
