**About Our Opportunity**:
Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving transformative change?

We’re hiring Project Executive, whose expertise will define the direction of multi-function, cross-departmental projects impacting Housing in our province. You will report to the Senior Executive Director of Housing. As a key influencer and strategic advisor, you'll play an instrumental role in crafting and executing major initiatives, driving the future direction of our department and the broader public sector.

**Primary Accountabilities**:
As a Project Executive, you'll drive transformation, and contribute to a collaborative and innovative environment that has far-reaching impacts. In this role you will be accountable for:

- Driving the strategic direction of projects and providing high-level consulting to senior executives
- Leading the design and implementation of complex, multi-functional initiatives aligned with departmental objectives aimed at supporting population growth through housing
- Developing and executing project management strategies, policies, and long-term planning approaches
- Delivering change management plans and fostering collaborative relationships within government, private sectors, and key stakeholders
- Managing resources efficiently, promoting diversity, inclusivity and a healthy workplace
- Creatively problem-solve and respond proactively to opportunities and challenges.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
As the Project Executive you have exceptional qualifications to lead transformative change, shape strategies, and contribute to a collaborative, innovative environment.

You must demonstrate:

- Proficiency in project management tools, software, and methodologies for effective planning, execution, and monitoring;
- Experience with budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis to ensure alignment of resources and goals;
- Expertise in data analysis and reporting to inform strategic decisions and track project performance.
- Ability to implement change management strategies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage stakeholders

**Working Conditions**:
Most of your time is spent in a comfortable office setting. You will have daily contact with the public, various Government Departments as well as other local Agencies and Institutions. Your normal work week is 35 hours/week, 7 hours/day.

**Additional Information**:
This opportunity is for a three (3) year Term.

**Salary Range**:_ _$4,309.95 - $5,387.44 Bi-Weekly
