**Position Overview**:
The Digital Media and Marketing Specialist is responsible for capturing and creating compelling multimedia content while leveraging online marketing tools to optimize the company's online presence and drive customer engagement. This role combines expertise in photography and videography with proficiency in Google and Facebook advertising platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Photography & Videography **Capture high-quality photographs and videos for company marketing, advertising, and other business needs.
Edit, retouch, and optimize media content to align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Maintain a well-organized digital media library for easy access and retrieval.

**Google Business Profile Management**Optimize and regularly update the company's Google Business Profile, ensuring accuracy and maximizing visibility.
Engage with customers through reviews, questions, and other interactions to foster a positive online reputation.

**Digital Advertising**Design, implement, and manage advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for better ROI.
Stay updated with the latest trends, features, and best practices on both advertising platforms.

**Collaboration & Reporting**
Prepare regular reports detailing campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Has graduated from a post-secondary institution (in Canada or an international school).
- Proven experience in professional photography and videography.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
- Certified or trained in Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in SEO and content marketing.
- Familiarity with other social media advertising platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to operate photography and videography equipment.

**Salary**: $45,126.89-$57,763.93 per year
