La coordonnatrice ou le coordonnateur des services juridiques est appelé(e) à soutenir la secrétaire générale et directrice des affaires juridiques, corporatives et des communications, la direction adjointe du service ainsi que la direction générale, dans l’ensemble des tâches reliées aux politiques, règlements et actes officiels de la commission scolaire, à l’accès à l’information, à la sécurité de l’information, à la protection des renseignements personnels, aux droits d’auteur, aux droits et libertés de la personne et aux affaires juridiques de manière générale.
L’emploi de coordonnatrice ou de coordonnateur des services juridiques comprend également le soutien aux directions d’écoles et de centres ainsi qu’aux autres départements, dont celui des affaires scolaires et de l’organisation scolaire, concernant la gestion des plaintes.
Plus précisément, ce poste comprend l’exercice des responsabilités suivantes en collaboration avec la secrétaire générale ainsi que la directrice adjointe des affaires juridiques, corporatives et des communications:
- Traiter les demandes d’accès à l’information;
- Élaborer les politiques et règlements de la commission scolaire et, à cet égard, conseiller et assister les directions de service et d’établissement dans l’encadrement des pratiques de gestion qui sont propres à leurs champs de compétences;
- Négocier et rédiger diverses ententes;
- Fournir de manière plus générale des avis juridiques lorsque requis.
**EXIGENCES ET QUALIFICATIONS**
- Détenir un diplôme universitaire de premier cycle en droit;
- Être membre du Barreau du Québec.
- Disponibilité à travailler en soirée pour fournir une assistance lors de rencontres sur des questions relatives au poste;
- Excellentes compétences interpersonnelles;
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais écrit et parlé.
- Toute autre expérience en rapport avec les fonctions de cadre supérieur;
- Expertise en droit scolaire.
