Overview

KPMG in Canada is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide support to our Partners and Senior Management team in our Langley office.

This role is a vital part of our Business Enablement Services and is focused on achieving client service excellence by delivering timely, high-quality products and encouraging an environment that increases both staff and client experience.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our Partners and Senior Management team, including coordinating travel arrangements, preparing and editing documents, and managing calendars and contact databases.

You will also assist in the proposal process, working with the proposal team and proposal coordinator, and assist in the preparation and submission of time and expense reports for the Partners and Senior Management team.

What We Offer

In British Columbia, the expected base salary range for this position is $40,500 to $61,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant's base salary within this range is based on the individual's location, skills, & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.
