**Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX**:

- As the Workplace Experience Assistant, you are the first point of contact for employees and guests entering our Design Center Facility. You bring a solutions-focused approach to the service you provide, and you will represent the brand by providing an exceptional guest and employee experience with every interaction. You will collaborate with the Facilities and Workplace Experience team to provide support on projects and to ensure the effective day-to-day operations of our facilities. You would have the opportunity to work cross-functionally and support different teams across the business as required.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is expected to be performed on-location.

- The Facilities and Workplace Experience team operates in strategic partnership with the business to ensure an industry-leading employee and guest workplace experience. **If you were in the Workplace Experience Assistant role now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing**:

- Taking full ownership of the reception experience at our Design Center in North Vancouver
- Processing service requests and supporting teams from across the business as required
- Coordinating, ordering, and maintaining office supplies and inventory
- Conducting daily checks of common spaces, meeting rooms, and kitchens to ensure they are in working condition and have all necessary supplies and equipment
- Supporting the business by providing event and meeting setup support as required
- Coordinating with different areas of the business to ensure scheduled guests are welcomed (i.e., Talent Acquisition, Executive Assistants, Employee Events, etc.)
- Identifying opportunities to make our office a better place
- Actively contributing to building and fostering an environment where individual and team engagement thrives

**Are you our next Workplace Experience Assistant?**:

- You have 1+ year of experience in a customer-service focused role
- You are social, outgoing and eager to build relationships with our teams and our guests
- You are passionate about the brand and the products we make
- You are exceptionally organized with an eye for detail and accuracy
- You are open and approachable with a customer-service, solutions focused mentality
- You have the ability to consistently evaluate and evolve existing processes
- You have a highly collaborative working style and have proven ability to build cross-functional relationships
- You have strong verbal and written English communication skills
- You embrace and adapt to using various technology platforms
- You have the ability to prioritize and multitask when necessary
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- Your passion for your work is paralleled by your passion for getting outside and living it

$42,000 - $53,000 a year
- A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$42,000 - CAD$53,000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.

Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
