Are you passionate about writing content that converts? Do you excel in translating complex tech concepts into clear, engaging content? As the Content Manager at Solink, you’ll be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, leveraging your content expertise to boost SEO, enhance organic reach, and optimize conversion rates for lead generation and revenue growth.
In this role, you will mastermind our SEO content strategy to align seamlessly with Solink’s core values and business objectives. Your mission will be to create powerful, lead-generating content that resonates deeply with our target industries, from retail to restaurants and more. By integrating sophisticated SEO strategies and content marketing tactics, you will directly influence our pipeline and revenue growth.
You are dynamic, impeccably organized, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. You're adept at juggling multiple projects and are driven by metrics to continuously refine content strategies based on measurable outcomes.

**WHO YOU ARE**:
- You have **4+ years of proven experience as a Content Manager **where you significantly increased organic traffic and leveraged SEO to drive revenue growth.
- You have experience **creating** a variety of **SEO-driven content**, including blog posts, landing pages, ebooks, whitepapers, and thought leadership articles.
- You have **excellent written** and **verbal communication** skills in English.
- You have **impeccable writing and editorial skills**.
- You have** experience strategizing, preparing and executing a content roadmap** and setting up processes to manage a **high-output and high-quality content factory**.
- You have demonstrated the ability to **collaborate effectively** with cross-functional teams, as well as with **other content writers**.
- You have a track record of **creating content that drives traffic** and have proven you can **turn traffic into high-quality leads** through a well-oiled **CRO strategy**.
- You are **proficient in MarTech tools** like CMS (Wordpress) for publishing and editing content, SEO softwares (Ahrefs, ScreamingFrogs, etc.), Google Suite (GA4, Looker and GSC), as well as CRM (Hubspot).
- You are **highly organized** and can manage **changing priorities** based on results, product updates and business priorities.
- You have a **strong work ethic, team player mentality**, and comfort and experience working in a **fast-paced, dynamic work environment**.
- ** You will be required to share examples of your writing portfolio as part of the interview process**.

**SECURITY REQUIREMENTS**:
- Be a Canadian Citizen (dual citizens included), or eligible to work in Canada;
- Be willing to comply with Solink’s own security policies and standards.
**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- ** Develop and manage** comprehensive **content strategies** that align with Solink’s business objectives and **SEO goals**.
- ** Produce**, **prioritize** and **oversee** **engaging SEO-driven content** including SEO landing pages, blog posts, case studies, white papers, ebooks and thought leadership articles that resonate with our different **target audiences**
- ** Collaborate** with the Content Writer to ensure a **unified approach to content goals**, while clearly **defining responsibilities** for content creation.
- Standardize and **streamline content production** and publishing **processes** to ensure **predictable** **outcome** and **scalability**.
- ** Leading** **content** **experiments** **from idea to execution**, leveraging our current team, with lead gen and revenue as an measurable output (eg. International SEO, Programmatic SEO, AI-driven content, etc.).
- ** Monitor, analyze and report** on **content performance metrics**, optimizing strategies for **improved lead generation** and **conversion rates**.
- ** Collaborate** with the **Product Marketing** **Manager** and **Marketing Manager** to gain in-depth knowledge of our product and features and ensure that **content aligns with our product roadmap**, and to maintain **consistent brand messaging and accuracy** across SEO-driven content.
- Maintain a thorough **understanding** of Solink’s technology, market positioning, **value propositions** and **customer pain points** to ensure content relevancy and impact.
- Demonstrate **advanced editorial craftsmanship, storytelling** and **copywriting** skills.
