We are looking for a Clinic Manager to complete our team

In this leadership role, you take on an array of responsibilities including administrative tasks, clinic operations, and development. As the liaison between patients, health professionals, business partners, and administrative staff, you are a key player in daily clinic operations. You have the opportunity to expand your role into digital marketing and professional health services.

**Responsibilities**
- Administrative_
- Establish and maintain patient relationships.
- Patient management, including: manage appointments, respond to phone calls, address patient inquiries, update charts.
- Opening and closing procedures.
- Team & Clinic Operations_
- Coordinate patient care plans - liaise with patients and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor inventory of products and supplies.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote interdisciplinary team building.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, including light daily cleaning duties within the clinic.
- Prepare month end reports including productivity tracking, patient care plans, and financials.
- Adhere to provincial regulations, practice standards, and policies.
- Clinic Development_
- Design and implement clinic policies and procedures that contribute to the attainment of the clinic’s goals and objectives.
- Oversee hiring and training of clinical staff. Build and maintain a unified, high performing interdisciplinary team.
- Participate in team and clinic special events as required.
- Assist with the development of workshops and events hosted at the clinic.
- Clinical Staff Management_
- Coach and motivate the team to improve productivity, engagement and retention of patients.
- Coordinate, support, and lead team and staff meetings.
- Develop and implement strategies to promote team building.
- Digital Marketing_
- Assist in clinic events including the development of digital graphics, and coordinate outreach strategies.
- Qualifications & Skills_
- Background in health and wellness program and/or business management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to delegate tasks as needed.
- Digital skills, content creation, booking system, financials (Canva, Instagram, Mailchimp, Squarespace, JaneApp, Quickbooks)
