**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage daily operations with a strong focus on sales.
- Support and manage the existing sales person, with plans to hire a gradual replacement in the coming year or two.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the team.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Hold team members accountable to company standards and goals.
- Promote a positive and respectful work environment.

**Compensation**:
- Base salary: $70,000 - $90,000
