**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement business strategies to enhance growth and profitability.
- Supervise daily operations and manage staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Lead project management initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
- Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive sales and expand market presence.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare reports on business performance, presenting findings to senior management.

- Strong background in business development
- Proven leadership abilities, capable of motivating and supervising teams effectively.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for engaging with diverse stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on process improvement initiatives.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2025-01-06
