Business Manager

**Objectives of this role**
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive productivity, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
- Design and oversee daily operational programs that align with organizational objectives and improve overall performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives, while meeting organizational targets.
- Provide subordinates with the necessary resources, support, and constructive feedback to foster a productive and motivated workforce.
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with partners and stakeholders to enhance business development and drive strategic opportunities.
- Identify new areas of growth and collaborate with teams to put actionable plans into place.
- Proactively manage sales planning, including forecasting, setting targets, and ensuring sales goals are met or exceeded.
- Continuously evaluate and suggest new policies and procedures to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement changes that align with the company’s strategic vision and objectives.
- Oversee reporting responsibilities, ensuring all performance metrics, financial outcomes, and operational updates are consistently documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a management or leadership position
- Outstanding leadership and team management abilities, with a proven track record of achieving business objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrable analytical thinking and business insight, with a strong ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in business and project management software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, or similar tools.
- High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work culture, with an emphasis on employee development and engagement.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards is an asset.
