In the Strategic Alliances Coordinator - Summer Coop role you will assist the strategic alliances team in growing, managing, and supporting the alliance relationships both internally and externally. Providing both administrative support and a high level of customer service to strategic alliance partners and internal stakeholders.
You will gain experience and exposure to the creation, development, and implementation lifecycle for new global alliances, as well as the operational support required to manage these business processes. You will be joining an entrepreneurial and motivated team working to transform the Sage experience in Canada.
This will be an intern position for up to 4 months and you will be a contractor during the internship.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide regional support and coordinate with the team on new go-to-market initiatives, promotional events, and reporting.
- Provide general administrative support inclusive of managing shared calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating events, training, and education.
- Compile information, organize and disseminate reports for internal and external audiences
- Maintain various databases/CRM to ensure information is accurate and current.
- Distribute and assist with the development of promotional materials.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Student pursuing a sales or marketing diploma or degree. (BCom focus preferred)
- Driven to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
- Data-driven with a focus on being customer-centric. Passion to find solutions that will help solve our customer's challenges.
- Experience using Excel, PowerPoint, and sales or relationship management tools such as Salesforce would be an asset.
- You are organized and utilize your project management skills to plan and execute multiple projects at the same time and can be trusted to deliver with mínimal oversight.
- Ability to build productive relationships across different teams and understand the value of this collaboration to achieve goals.
