Pest Control Plus (PCP) is a Canadian owned and operated pest control company providing innovative and environmentally conscious services. With a history dating back to 1997, PCP is one of the largest pest control providers to the property management sector in Canada. The company services residential and commercial clients throughout Ontario, including Sarnia, London, Kitchener, St. Catherines, Kingston, Ottawa and surrounding areas. PCP has a large team of licensed technicians who are continuously trained to provide exceptional services while prioritizing customer satisfaction and safety.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager located in Vaughan, ON. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, analyzing customer data to improve client satisfaction and retention, developing personalized plans to meet client needs, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, the Customer Success Manager will play a key role in growing the company's customer base by identifying opportunities for new business and promoting PCP's services.

**Qualifications**
- Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Relationship Building skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data to drive business growth
- Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to provide prompt and efficient solutions to customer inquiries and concerns
- Ability to build and maintain solid relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience in the pest control or property management industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
