**Administrative Assistant**:

- Responsible for managing multiple administrative tasks.
- Serve as the first point of contact in the office for visitors and clients.
- Execute important day-to-day responsibilities within the office.
- Demonstrates a strong ability to meet deadlines.
- Must have good written and verbal communication skills.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls to staff / clients.
- Order and re-stock office & kitchen supplies.
- Administration duties as required.
- Assist in invoice preparation & process vendor invoices for payment.

**Qualifications, Skills Experience**:

- Post-secondary degree / diploma is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of office administration experience.
- Strong computer competency with proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel & Word).
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills and a heightened ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and customer-services skills.
