Reporting to the Director of Capital Projects, this position is responsible for the implementation of capital initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with the Director of Capital Planning for CCCL, Organizes and coordinates stakeholders and others in the scope and delivery of a range of complex, time critical, concurrent Capital projects
- Supports and co-ordinates the development of the building program, ensuring the alignment, integration and effective execution of design and construction planning with operational readiness planning
- Analyzing and reporting evaluation criteria for assessing project outcomes
- Auditing and reporting various stages of project development and implementation to ensure delivery of agreed outcomes
- Leading teams to accomplishing milestones (goals) within constraints such as time, budget and agreed quality standards
- Adapting project designs as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Oversight and management of Covenant contracts with various project development partners and ensuring that all due diligence and risk management tasks are completed and issues reported to Director as they arise
- Supporting major renovation projects and ongoing maintenance of facilities
- The Lead will be responsible for supporting and cooperating with both an internal team and a diverse team of external consulting resources. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders to secure their participation in, and approval of functional plans and schematic designs, ensuring functionality is achieved for operations.

Management and Leadership
- Provides support to multiple project teams (internal and external) in defining project scope, goals and deliverables - ensuring alignment with Covenant’s strategic directions, objectives, policies, and standards, as well as Industry standards
- Contributes to performance to managers and directors through feedback requests
- Coordination of projects within scope to stakeholder’s satisfaction and in alignment with Covenant’s Vision, Mission and Strategic direction.
- Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Models dedication, commitment and resourcefulness in supporting Covenant’s fulfillment of the mission and achievement of the vision.
- Handles conflicts with contacts in a professional and diplomatic manner.
- Identifies and works with the team to resolve issues AND, Escalates concerns with building progress, standards deficiencies and other concerns in a timely manner to the team and onto the director.

Program Development
- Assists in the creation and implementation of a robust and innovative building development program within Covenant aimed at maximizing project value.
- Assist in researches, procures, negotiates, and contracts partnerships with industry stakeholder
