Your Mission? Help drive brand performance through creative marketing channels, specifically brand sponsorships, and partnerships with financial professional associations (think FEI Canada) and other influential channels (think CFO Morning Brew) targeting CFOs, Controllers, and Accountants. This role calls for a blend of strategic planning support, thoughtful execution, and effective negotiation skills, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making.

Location: Toronto or Vancouver Office - Hybrid 2 days per week of in-office collaboration.
Minimum Qualifications:
*This is an individual contributor role (not a people manager)*
- 4 years of B2B brand & performance marketing experience within the SaaS or FinTech industry.
- You can provide successful examples of how you’ve:

- Executed brand sponsorship initiatives and drove brand performance by researching, identifying, and securing brand partnerships/sponsorships with industry associations or other industry influential channels (note: not sports sponsorships)
- Utilized your effective and influential negotiation skills to secure and manage brand sponsorship campaigns.
- Leveraged your highly analytical abilities to discern insights from data and use them to analyze, inform decision-making, report, and optimize marketing performance metrics.
- Taken initiative to test new tactics, learn, and iterate quickly.
- Collaborated across marketing teams, being proactive, adaptable, and influential.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Key Responsibilities:

- Brand Partnership and Influencer Engagement: Research, identify, and secure brand sponsorships/partnerships with financial professionals associations and other influential channels (social, newsletters, webinars, and podcasts). Including negotiating exclusivity deals tailored to engaging our target audience (Financial Professionals, CFOs, Controllers, Accountants) to enhance brand performance.
- Collaborative Campaign Development: Work closely with the Global Brand & Integrated Campaigns & Product Marketing teams to develop compelling brand creatives, messaging, and content that aligns with target audience strategies and maintains brand consistency.
- Performance Analysis and Optimization: Continuously assess campaign performance across all channels, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize for improved ROI and overall brand performance.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role. For this role, in those locations, the target salary range for new hires is C$95,000 to C$118,000.
