Brand and Sponsorship Manager

**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure all customer touchpoints reflect Ensemble's brand value proposition. Developing the strategy on how it comes to life in events and sponsorship as well as in owned channels.
- Analyze our current acquisition and retention strategies, research competitors and talk to our customers to inform your strategies.
- Own and manage the industry calendar - including industry events, our events (internal and industry facing), partner events etc. Keeping this diligently updated
- Ability to work with the senior leadership with ease and professionalism
- Drive the development of the new websites, working with stakeholders with a focus on lead generation, SEO and customer acquisition.
- Drive and develop branding of our products and services and create content and collateral to help drive interest in the brand and it's services
- Ensure our customers get to their 'aha' moment quicker, keeping churn low and lifetime value increased.

**Qualifications**:
- 5-7 years' experience building brands, marketing plans and teams.
- Demonstrable experience of influencing growth.
- Background in sponsorship marketing, brand and events
- Fluency in CRMs, audience segmentation strategies, and aligning audiences to objectives - and has used HubSpot or something similar.
- Fluency in all social channels including Instagram, linkedin and tiktok on how to motivate interest in lead generation with strong ROI including a/b testing in paid media
- Strong analytical capabilities with proven expertise in problem solving and multiple project management.
- Experience in the B2B and B2C space particularly tech sector and or start up world
- In depth experience developing and executing marketing and event plans
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to create strong working relationships based on trust and confidence.
- Strong communication skills: you can present information (both written and oral) clearly and concisely across all levels within the organization.
- Travel industry experience a plus.
- Bachelor's degree, college diploma, or other relevant post-secondary achievement.
