**Greenboro Veterinary Clinic is seeking a full-time client care lead to join our team**
We are seeking a Full Time Client Care Lead to join our awesome team. We are a small animal general practice that puts the wellbeing of our staff and patients first.

**Responsibilities**:
- Greet clients and check in patients.
- Answer inbound phone calls.
- Schedule appointments for patients.
- Provide general office support to clients, as needed.
- Process payments.
- Fill and dispense medications.
- Complete follow up calls.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2 years veterinary receptionist experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and coworkers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely in English.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
