**Job Overview**:
Ottawa Physical Rehab Clinic (OPRC) is seeking a highly organized and personable Lead Receptionist to manage front desk operations and oversee administrative tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The Lead Receptionist will ensure efficient office workflows, excellent patient care, and effective coordination with clinical staff. This role also involves supporting marketing efforts, overseeing facility cleanliness, and managing financial and compliance-related tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet patients, manage intake forms, and handle appointment scheduling.
- Process payments, assist with insurance claims, and maintain confidential patient records.
- Oversee office operations, supervise administrative staff, and coordinate day-to-day tasks.
- Ensure the clinic is clean, organized, and well-maintained, including managing supplies and office equipment.
- Handle escalated client concerns and ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Support marketing efforts, including social media updates, promotional activities, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient workflows and smooth patient care.
- Assist with policy development and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Oversee billing accuracy, track payments, and manage financial records.
- Handle WSIB, MVA, and VAC documentation, ensuring timely completion.
- Manage office technology and troubleshoot IT issues as needed.
- Perform additional tasks to support clinic operations as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably in healthcare.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with clinic management software (e.g., Jane) and healthcare billing processes.
- Ability to lead a team and handle escalated issues with professionalism.
- Proficiency in office equipment and technology troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
