**Job Overview**:
As a sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in generating sales leads, building relationships with potential clients, and guiding them through the new home construction process. Your goal will be to exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless and personalized building home experience for our clients.

**Duties**:

- **Lead Generation**: Actively identify and cultivate leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.
- **Consultative Selling**: Understand clients' needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend and present customized home designs, features, and upgrades that align with their requirements.
- **Relationship Building**: Develop and nurture strong relationships with potential and existing clients, serving as the main point of contact throughout the sales process.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our custom-home designs, floor plans, materials selection, construction process, and unique selling propositions to effectively convey their value to clients.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct compelling presentations to showcase our company's portfolio, home features, benefits, and customization options, addressing any inquiries or concerns clients may have.
- **Contract Negotiation**: Collaborate with clients to draft and negotiate sales contracts, ensuring clarity and accuracy while adhering to company policies and legal requirements. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our design, construction, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to construction and provide ongoing updates to clients.
- **Market Research**: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position our company's offerings and identify new sales opportunities.
- **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities, including leads, client interactions, conversions, and sales metrics, using CRM software or other designated tools.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations, addressing concerns promptly, and ensuring a positive and satisfactory home-building experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record of success as a sales consultant or similar role with a minimum of 5 years of experiences
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse clients.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to effectively overcome objections and secure sales.
- Solid understanding of the custom-home building process, architectural principles, and design concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant sales tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communicaiton skills in English.
