Position Summary:
The International Masters for Health Leadership (IMHL) provides healthcare management and leadership education to experienced working professionals in all areas of healthcare. Reporting to the IMHL Program Manager, the IMHL Program Administrator provides support to ensure that administrative services are carried out in accordance with the program’s established goals and objectives.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Collaborate to maintain admissions processes consistent with McGill's policies, databases, deadlines, and systems.
- Manage course set-up and class schedules; serve as the primary resource for student records and registration, legal documents, international and PGSS health-related insurance, as well as graduation approvals and processes.
- Work with International Student Services to ensure records are updated in accordance with student immigration, international health insurance, and required legal documentation; advocate for the program with Enrolment Services, Student Accounts, and Graduate Studies; monitor study permit request issues and student accounts.
- Prepare student affairs publications, newsletters, and welcome letters, as well as other communications for the program. Assist with the creation of content highlighting the achievements of current students and alumni.
- Prepare visuals and write content for social media posts. Review, update, and create new website content.
- Support all activities related to module planning including ordering materials and room reservations (for the in-person module) meals and activities, and anticipate technological needs; anticipate the needs of students and faculty; assess copyright needs; cultivate relationships with faculty and vendors; respond quickly to emerging problems; liaise with professors for course materials.
- Plan convocation dinners and alumni events.
- Oversee the program's finances by writing contracts, processing payments and fund transfers, and tracking and recording expenses. Prepare the expense reports for the IMHL program as well as monitor the p-card expenses.
