**Comment vous aurez un impact**:

- Chargé d’assistance téléphonique à distance de produits de diagnostic Bio-Rad aux clients internes et externes, partout au Canada et de documenté les plaintes des clients.
- Fournir une assistance technique pour des produits, des logiciels et des réseaux informatiques.
- Travailler au sein d’un environnement d’équipe et approfondir certaines questions non résolues.
- Communiquer avec les utilisateurs et les garder informés des progrès de l'investigation.
- Responsable de la réputation de service de l'entreprise, s'entretient quotidiennement avec les clients et/ou les représentants commerciaux et les filiales. Capable de répondre à leurs besoins rapidement et avec
- Effectuer d’autres tâches déterminées par la direction.

**Ce que vous apportez**:

- Compétences fortes de communication orale et écrite en français et en anglais avec la capacité d’interagir à tous les niveaux.
- Bonne gestion de temps et compétences organisationnelles avec la capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches.
- Capacité à travailler efficacement avec la suite bureautique Microsoft (Word, Excel)
- Diplôme universitaire ou cégep avec 3 ans ou plus d'expérience dans la gestion des contrôles de qualité et des tests de compétence dans un laboratoire clinique. (expérience pharmaceutique, diagnostique, de recherche ou biomédicale considérée comme un atout)
- Capable d'analyser les données des graphiques tels que Levey Jennings, les barres, etc. et de déterminer les actions correctives appropriées.
- Connaissance du calcul statistique de base (moyenne, SD et CV), des règles de Westgard et comment les appliquer au travail quotidien de laboratoire (la connaissance du programme Bio-Rad Unity et de la solution de gestion des données sera considérée comme un atout)
- Dois connaitre les bonnes pratiques de laboratoire et les exigences ISO.
- Dois avoir un permis de conduire valide et un bon dossier de conduite.

**What You Bring**:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills both in French and English.
- University or CEGEP degree with 3 or more years related experience managing quality controls and proficiency testing in a clinical laboratory set up (Pharmaceutical, diagnostics, Research or Biomedical experience considered an asset)
- Able to analyze charts data such as Levey Jennings, bars, etc. and to determine appropriate corrective actions.
