**Technical Sales Representative**

The Technical sales representative is responsible for ensuring the retention of existing customers by following a monthly customer visit schedule. The purpose of these visits is to check the proper functioning of the washing with the installed equipment (dishwashers, pumps etc.), to check customer inventories, to propose new washing solutions and to keep excellent relations with customers. He will also be involved in new sale activities from the beginning of the process to closing. It will also cultivate new relationships and build on existing ones. This person will work collaboratively with all team members, with the goals of customer satisfaction, revenue generation and the achievement of the company's long-term goals.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Ø Promote and represent Instukem in a positive and professional manner.

Ø Support and increase sales of these accounts;
Ø Prospecting new customers;
Ø Supporting the client with its expertise

Ø Follow the steps for opening a customer file using customer master record and

lease agreement;
Ø Practice your mechanical skills to install and repair

dishwashers and distribution systems, demonstrate the safe use of equipment and ensure dishwashers are fully operational.

(This will also be supported by other members of the technical team when necessary.)

Ø Check that all chemical parameters are set correctly, including dosage of each chemical as well as PH, alkalinity, ect.

Ø Ensure all equipment is properly calibrated, including temperatures, pressures, water levels, amperage, voltage, ect.

Ø Provide after-hours emergency service to customers on a

rotation base.

Ø Make sure to keep an up-to-date inventory of parts available in your car

Ø Track overdue accounts

Ø Perform any other related duties

**Prerequisite**:

- Ability to capture, diagnose and resolve mechanical and electromechanical problems
- Be skilled with your hands.
- Comfortable to understand and complete basic plumbing and electrical work
- Programming of programmable logic controllers, an asset
- Ability to communicate with different levels of stakeholders at our clients including executive officers, laundries and employees
- Industrial Electrician Board
- Technical laundry training (asset)
- WHMIS training (asset)
- Forklift driver card one (asset)
- Experience as a laundry technician (asset *)

**Conditions of employment of the position**:

- Physical strength to move equipment and products
- Valid driver's licence and acceptable driving record required
- Various chemicals used in the process
- Phone provided
- Service vehicle provided
- May be asked to work occasionally evenings, weekends or overnight stays outdoors
- Work schedule:
Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Friday 7:30 am to 4:00 pm
