As an HR Assistant Professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the HR Department in various administrative tasks and initiatives. You will assist in maintaining employee records, coordinating HR projects, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

**Schedule: Monday - Friday**

**Shift time: 1300 - 1700 hrs (1PM - 5PM)**

**Responsibilities and duties**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
- Process employee documentation related to hiring, termination, promotions, and transfers.
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations.
- Coordinate job postings on internal and external platforms.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as necessary.
- Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and ensure new employees have necessary resources and information.
- Conduct exit interviews and assist in onboarding processes.
- Support employees with inquiries related to benefits programs.
- Assist in benefits enrolment processes and changes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries and escalate issues to HR management as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR matters.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Track employee training records and assist in identifying development opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1 - 2 years of experience in HR administration or related roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

**HOW TO APPLY**

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
