Reporting to the COO, Impro.Ai is seeking a talented Quebecois French Linguistics Intern Specialist to join our ever-growing startup to translate our internal and external materials into professional French.

As a Quebecois French Translation Specialist, you will translate all aspects of the user interface of our technology platform from English to French. In addition, you’ll be required to translate our knowledge base, which is used by our mentors and coaches and, as we expand our audience to French speakers we will need the support of a translator who will translate all of our marketing materials into French.

We are a startup that is moving quickly. With this comes the need to be agile, driven, fast-paced, and innovative. This is an opportunity to learn a lot in an exciting environment with the potential to grow.

Please note that due to the regulations regarding this internship, Canadian citizenship or Permanent Resident status is a non-negotiable requirement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Translate to French content for a variety of uses - blogs, newsletters, social media posts, pitch decks, presentations, press releases, and internal communications
- Tranlate to French our SAAS (Software as Service) platform.
- Translate our coaches and mentors knowledge base.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Native Speaking Quebecois French language skills in speaking, reading and writing
- Native Speaking English language skills in speaking, reading and writing
- Good technical orientation - working with computers and apps, ability to learn new software if needed.
- Current undergraduate seeking a career in French linguistics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly content writing, using impeccable English and Quebecois French.
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Project management skills and the ability to move projects along toward key milestones
- Able to build and maintain professional, trusting relationships with the team
