C2D Sales Representative

Job Summary: Reporting to the GM, the C2D (Customer to Dealer) Sales Rep will obtain cars from the public to be consigned for auction, handle the administrative paperwork required and deal with public customers.

Responsibilities & Duties
- Responsible for achieving team public sales goal consistently.
- Complete a minimum number of cold calls daily/weekly as set by supervisor or manager.
- Build strong OPENLANE customer relationships through training, education and awareness to match the customer’s needs to the product offerings.
- Navigate and educate customers on all aspects of OPENLANE.
- Properly use and navigate OPENLANE’S CRM to log calls, run reports, and view dashboards.
- Monitor all local competition and develop competitive strategies.
- Perform sale day duties such as customer service, auction representation and post-sale reporting.
- Perform all paperwork duties for the sales

Educational Requirements & Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED required.
- A minimum of three (3) years of cold call sales experience in a competitive environment.
- Previous auction experience and/or automotive background is helpful but not required.
- Consultative selling and closing skills or the aptitude to learn these skills is required.
- Strong computer ability with basic knowledge in Google suite (comparable would be Microsoft)
- Highly articulate and persuasive verbal, written communication and listening skills.
- Must be qualified to operate a motor vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must be willing to work hard to do what it takes to bring in sales within the values of the organization.

Starting wage is $20- 27 per hour with Sales Bonus structure.

**Salary**: $20.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
