**Your Role and Responsibilities**
- Maintaining client and internal information system including team rooms, project control books, and other databases and management systems
- Maintaining Risks and Issues process on behalf of the overall Transition Manager
- Translating the resource requests for transitions into the appropriate tools and tracking via excel.
- Ensuring all project documentation is maintained and stored in a manner that will support internal and external Audit requirements
- Attending internal and Client meetings as requested and take minutes and drive follow up on actions
- Assisting with transition setup which includes the appropriate time tracking.
- Maintaining financial workbooks on behalf of the overall Transition Manager.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 2 years experience working in a project management role.
- Demonstrated ability in business controls within Strategic Outsourced accounts is an asset.
- PMP Certification or equivalent is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
- Well developed analytical skills including problem solving, data gathering and reporting.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
