**Position: Project Manager -Transit**

**Location: Toronto, ON**

**Shift: Monday
- Friday, 9AM TO 5PM**
- **Experience Construction projects like Light Rail Transit Projects/ Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), Subway and Rail Stations /Transportation/ Highways/Road construction/ Airports/Industrial, warehouses.**

- The Project Manager is responsible for the project and is accountable for satisfying the Company and the client in terms of quality, safety, timeliness and cost. The Project Manager is responsible for the pre-planning, development, and implementation of the project until completion.

**Management Responsibilities**
- Manages and directs Assistant Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Estimators and non supervisory administrative employees
- Hires, trains, coaches, disciplines and develops employees
- Establishes and maintains positive, effective working relationship within internal and external contacts
- Determines course of action to achieve departmental and organizational goals
- Completes performance communications and establishes clear expectations of performance for direct reports

**Knowledge, Skills & Abilities**
- Reads, analyses, edits, and interprets information so that it is presented to clients and other stakeholders in a professional and partnership mindset.
- Responds effectively to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
- Effectively presents information to top management, public groups and/or boards of directors.

**Education and Experience**
- **Experience Construction projects like Light Rail Transit Projects/ Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), Subway and Rail Stations /Transportation/ Highways/Road construction/ Airports/Industrial, warehouses**:

- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field plus 5 to 7 years’ experience in the field of construction project management with exposure to projects of major scope. Advanced skills in MS Office products - Excel, Word and Outlook, Primavera and Prolog software are an asset.

Pay: $150,000.00-$160,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Experience**:

- Subway and Rail Stations Construction Projects: 5 years (required)
- Transportation/ Highways/Road construction: 5 years (required)
- Construction: 5 years (required)
- Light Rail Transit Projects (LRT): 5 years (required)

Work Location: In person
