The Dispatcher is responsible for the scheduling and dispatch of drivers and equipment for conveyance of passengers. The role includes providing support in a fast paced, high call volume office environment and will assist in completing operational and data entry tasks as necessary in a timely and accurate manner.

We are currently looking to fill a dispatcher position with passionate and experienced individual. Below you will find specific details about the position and qualifications:
**Job Duties**
- Review all client itineraries
- Prepare and communicate daily dispatch to drivers
- Communicate with clients regarding their tours/charters.
- Assist and support drivers during difficult on the road situations
- Input data to be used for maintenance programs
- Assist with handling client complaints and follow up
- Process, verify and distribute dispatch paperwork
- Reserve out of town hotel rooms for drivers when necessary
- Prepare necessary travel permits for drivers
- Input mechanical fitness items into tracking system
- Assist in maintaining driver files
- Share in on call rotation for after hours and weekend emergencies
- Performs other duties as required

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or GED required
- Industry knowledge and experience an asset
- Computer Skills - Outlook, Excel, Word
- Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times
- Able to work well under pressure
- Flexible, able to deal with change
- Strong attention to detail
- Very organized, with excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service/communication skills
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude

**Work Conditions**
- Interacts with customers, employees, management and the public at large.
- Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals.
- Lifting or moving up to 10 lbs may be required.
