The plan administration duties will include the addition and maintenance of employee/dependent enrolment information on our benefit systems. You will also be responsible for processing new employee enrolments, changes, and updates to existing employee information, employee terminations, and extension of benefit requests. In addition, you will be responsible for providing reports on a weekly and monthly basis. This is a permanent, full-time role offering a hybrid work model based out of our Winnipeg office.

**Qualifications**:

- Ability to communicate fluently in French and English (oral and written) is required
- Experience working with group benefits is preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), with a strong focus on customer service
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Well-developed problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to handle high volumes of work and competing priorities
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Proficient using MS Office
