About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plan Administrator to join our team. As a Plan Administrator, you will be responsible for the addition and maintenance of employee and dependent enrolment information on our benefit systems and creating employee packages.

You will provide exceptional customer service and ongoing support to our internal and external clients through phone and/or email communication. This is a permanent, full-time role that is eligible for our hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee and dependent enrolment information on our benefit systems
  • Create employee packages and provide ongoing support to clients
  • Provide exceptional customer service through phone and/or email communication
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • Minimum one year of experience in group insurance, preferably in a customer service or administration role
  • Completion of courses within the industry (CEBS, LOMA) or equivalent work experience
  • Strong, confident communication skills, both oral and written
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Ability to stay composed and organized in a high-volume environment
  • Capable of building and maintaining customer relations
  • Ability to handle complex inquiries and solve concerns for our customers in a timely manner
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient using MS Office
  • Ability to learn new technology and work with proprietary computer applications
  • Strong team player with the ability to work independently
  • Bilingualism is an asset
