Administrative Assistant/coordinator

Our Client, in the home decor industry, is currently seeking a dynamic, fashion forward Administrative assistant/coordinator, to assist the president. Duties and responsibilities will include providing support to the president in all areas of supporting suppliers, reporting, dealing with any followup needed and all other related tasks.
**Qualifications**
- Possesses strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must be fluently bilingual (FR and EN) more english is ok
- Extroverted, independent and comfortable networking
- Demonstrates importance of handling confidential information
- Negotiation skills an asset
- homeware and fashion experience a definate asset
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Montréal, QC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- English AND French (required)
