We are currently looking for a tech-savvy **Digital Growth Coordinator** with superior e-commerce and digital marketing skills.

Reporting to the Head of International Markets, you are responsible for coordinating paid and unpaid marketing initiatives in your market with the objective of growing brand awareness and sales across a portfolio of brands.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform market research and competitor analysis;
- Assist in managing local social media channels, taking into account retailer and distributor sales objectives;
- Content ideation and creation for social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Searching, selecting, outreaching, negotiating and executing with influencers based on campaign requirements and brand match;
- Assist in managing PPC campaigns to grow brand awareness and conversions, including Google Search, Display, YouTube and Facebook paid marketing campaigns;
- Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Search console;
- Assisting in coordinating non-digital marketing activities in the market, including in-store shop fits, events and public relations;
- Partner with other departments across the company, including sales and marketing teams, as well as external stakeholders such as retailers and distributors.

**Skills, Competencies & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, e-commerce or related field
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing concepts, terminology and experience working with transactional and non-transactional websites
- Excellent knowledge of English both written and speaking
- Excellent knowledge of Spanish both written and speaking
- Strong Excel and analytical skills needed
- Basic design skills and interest in social media content trends
- Knowledge of Google, Facebook and YouTube advertising platforms (Google and Facebook certifications are a strong asset)
- Adaptable, self-reliant, solution-oriented and strong attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing and dynamic environment
- Strategic thinker, creative problem solver, and executor Negotiation skills also a plus
- Positive and proactive attitude, and highly personable

**Experience**:

- 2 years of e-commerce, social media and paid digital marketing experience
- B2C marketing experience (an asset)
- Experience using Facebook Ads, Google Ads and similar third-party campaign management tools
- Experience with Shopify content management systems (an asset)

Sous la responsabilité du chef des marchés internationaux, vous êtes chargé de coordonner les initiatives de marketing payantes et non payantes sur votre marché, dans le but d'accroître la notoriété et les ventes d'un portefeuille de marques.

**Responsabilités**:

- Réaliser des études de marché et des analyses de la concurrence ;
- Aider à la gestion des canaux de médias sociaux locaux, en tenant compte des objectifs de vente des détaillants et des distributeurs ;
- Idéation et création de contenu pour les comptes de médias sociaux, notamment Facebook, Instagram et TikTok.
- Recherche, sélection, sensibilisation, négociation et exécution avec les influenceurs en fonction des exigences de la campagne et de la correspondance avec la marque ;
