Edmonton, Canada Artistic Stairs Ltd. Full time

An Alberta of specialty staircase and railing products is looking for a **Field Coordinator** to join our growing team.
- Responsible for measuring new home construction job sites, checking framing around stair openings and coordinating paperwork with Production Control
- Coordinate installation job site operations in accordance with Artistic Stairs Company Safety Policy
- Help to establish and maintain project schedules including start, progress, and completion dates.
- Provide job site quality control checks to ensure the best possible service.
- Prepare and submit accurate, detailed, written daily reports for the project.
- Maintain communications with appropriate parties to ensure proper coordination of the project among Production Control, job site operations and subs/vendors.
- Responsible for running materials when necessary
- Coordinate and review each job site

**Wage is negotiable depending on experience.**

**Job Requirements**:
Field Coordinators are an important member of our team. In order to join our team, you must have:

- Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and problem solving skills
- Have a comprehensive understanding of reading blueprints
- Previous related industry experience in the home building, construction, manufacturing industry is preferred, but not necessary
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a strong “team” work ethic
- Have previous experience in supervising multiple personnel on multiple construction sites
- Be punctual and efficient
- Have a passion for working with a diverse group of people who are committed to customer service and for the home building industry.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
